These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between xbajy ("we", "us") and the user of the xbajy platform ("you", "user"). 5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user creates multiple accounts, uses a VPN, or employs any other dishonest means to obtain bonuses, xbajy reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and winnings earned.

Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet appears incomplete or invalid due to a technical error, xbajy reserves the right to decide on refunding the original amount of that bet.

6.2 Maximum Winnings Limit

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

For all sports betting including cricket and football, if a match is postponed, cancelled, or played for less than the scheduled time, xbajy will determine the outcome of the bet in accordance with prevailing industry standards. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup or other international tournaments, the official result is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbajy:

• Managing an account on behalf of a minor or assisting them in gaming.
• Attempting to collect bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using any automated bot, software or algorithm.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the game system.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by xbajy

xbajy may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Detection of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure or non-cooperation with age verification.
• Compliance with directives from regulatory authorities.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. All pending bets must be settled and available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
